These Terms govern your use of the Navawave website and any charter or concierge services booked through us. By using the site or contacting us for a quotation, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted them.

Bookings & cancellations

A signed Charter Agreement and the relevant deposit are required to confirm a booking. Cancellation conditions vary by vessel and season — full terms are provided with each quotation.

Liability

Navawave acts as a charter agent. Liability is limited as set out in the Charter Agreement and applicable law (Italian Navigation Code).
