Turquoise coves, lively beach clubs and quiet nature reserves: the Balearic Islands offer one of the most varied cruising grounds in the western Mediterranean. A Balearic Islands yacht charter lets you move between Mallorca, Ibiza, Formentera and Menorca at your own pace, from the nightlife of Ibiza to the empty calas of Menorca. As a yacht charter broker, Navawave selects the right crewed yacht for your dates from a trusted network of owners in the Balearics.

Why charter a yacht in the Balearic Islands

Each island has its own character, and they are close enough to visit several in one week. A private yacht is the best way to reach the most beautiful beaches, many of which have no road access, and to escape the summer crowds ashore.

The islands

Mallorca

Palma's old town and marinas, the dramatic cliffs of Formentor and the Serra de Tramuntana, and the calas of the south-east such as Cala Mondragó.

Ibiza

Beach clubs, sunsets facing the rock of Es Vedrà and secluded coves on the north coast.

Formentera

Caribbean-like water at Ses Illetes. The island's Posidonia seagrass meadows are protected, so anchoring is regulated and follows designated areas.

Menorca

The quietest of the islands, a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve with pine-fringed calas and charming harbours such as Ciutadella and Mahón.
